• 300dpi placed or linked files enlarged over 100% can pixelize; consider low resolution.
• Use CMYK unless spot colors are used. Only use proper pantone name – do not use custom names i.e. Coke Red, Sky Blue, Rustic Brown, etc.
• When utilizing the transparency effects in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, keep all vector art on a top layer whenever possible.
Set the “Document Raster Effects” to 300ppi in Illustrator software before creating your art.
• PDF documents should be created at “Print Quality.”

Linked Images
• All images should be supplied as hi-resolution files (300 dpi) using CMYK color mode.
• Avoid embedding graphics and images used in your illustrator or InDesign files.

• Include both screen font and printer font.
• Type 1, Postscript and TrueType fonts.
• Unpredictable results (ripping and trapping issues) may occur using third party, TrueType or Multimaster fonts.
• Embed all fonts when writing PDF’s.
• PC users please convert all fonts to outline in Illustrator to avoid conflicts.
